Our Orchestras
LONDON YOUTH STRING ORCHESTRA
LYSO is our most advanced orchestra for talented musicians aged 23 and below. The aim of the course is to work together to explore the string orchestra repertoire and learn how to collaborate in a professional environment. Tutors in previous courses included principals of the Royal Ballet Sinfonia and the London Symphony Orchestra.

This orchestra is suitable for string players of a post-diploma standard and auditions are held before each course so get in contact to arrange an audition.
LONDON CHILDREN'S STRING ORCHESTRA - MAIN ORCHESTRA
LCSO Main Orchestra is for young string players grade 6 to diploma standard aged 16 and below. Our coaches aim to give the students new string techniques and orchestral skills to improve their playing. No Audition is required.
LONDON CHILDREN'S STRING ORCHESTRA - TRAINING ORCHESTRA
LCSO Training Orchestra is for players grade 3 - 6 aged 12 and below. This group focuses on giving the students lots of new musical skills and showing the young people the enjoyment of making music-making with others. No audition is required.
LONDON CHILDREN'S STRING ORCHESTRA - BEGINNER STRINGS
The Beginner Strings Orchestra intoduces young musicians to playing with others and starts them on their orchestral journey.
